On a sub zero January night I messaged HoneyCreek at 7:30pm to let them know our furnace wasn't working and Kim (owner) replied to me at 7:36 pm with a message that Jim could be there by 9am the next day. Better yet, Jim called me and said he could be there by at 8am - GREAT. Jim diagnosed and fixed our furnace and AprilAire humidifier and explained the problems. I will gladly be a repeat customer in the future - their service is outstanding.

Thanks for fixing my bathroom fan today. Jim educated me on how it works and what was causing the issues I was having. There were multiple problems so it was not just the vent that was causing it. He went above and beyond to make sure it was working properly before he left. HoneyCreek is my go to for heating and cooling services. Everyone I have encountered from this company has been extremely helpful and go above and beyond to fix the problems I’ve had. I think their pricing is fair too.

We've been struggling trying to find a good furnace AC company had bad luck with the last two ,your technician and partner we're both here and gave the furnace a tune-up did a great job answered all the questions did not need to do the fireplace cleaning at the time but still looked at it I feel that they went above and beyond I think we'll continue service with your company
