On a sub zero January night I messaged HoneyCreek at 7:30pm to let them know our furnace wasn't working and Kim (owner) replied to me at 7:36 pm with a message that Jim could be there by 9am the next day. Better yet, Jim called me and said he could be there by at 8am - GREAT. Jim diagnosed and fixed our furnace and AprilAire humidifier and explained the problems. I will gladly be a repeat customer in the future - their service is outstanding.
