ACTU on prepaid mailer, 4ton straight cool condenser with electric heat down flow system. Cleaned drain, checked temperature split and charge ( correct) checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Recommend surge protector and joining cool club. System is fully operational.
ACTU, inspected ahu, evaporator, blower and cabinet extremely dirty. Evaporator completely impacted and rusted. Cleaned drain, checked Amp draw and voltage. Amp draw above spec, dual cap and contactor rusted , fan motor rusted. Do to age and condition recommend replacing.
2nd PM on cool club, cleaned treated and flushed drain line. Cleaned evaporator, and condenser coil. Checked temperature split and charge ( correct) fixed cap tube vibration. Checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Recommend surge protector, cool club.
Ac tune up inspection, cleaned coil suggested adjustment of fan speed.
Tune up inspection, flushed drain out and adjusted fan speed, checked charge and all electrical components, system is operating as it should be recommended membership and IAQ
