Completed hvac tune up and repairs by Blake Gillis. How did I do?
2system actu, replaced filter downstairs, checked temperature split, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Checked water pressure on upstairs system. Below 10psi. Open loop dumping into bay. Both systems fully operational

ACTU on 2.5 ton Lennox gas electric. Cleaned drain line. Checked system in heat, checked system in cooling, checked temperature split, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Signed up for cool club for pm for April.

No cool system not keeping up. Checked temperature split and charge, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. System tripped float switch when testing. Cleaned treated and flushed drain line.
