Brett was great. Even though his "repaired" equipment didn't work, and my kids tried to bathe him in dirty clothes water, he never lost his professional demeanor, pleasant personality, or his attention to detail. Brett is a excellent plumber, my house has 2 clean outs and he figured out which one to use from my explanation of what had happened and was done. I plan to remodel my kitchen this spring, and I hope I can get him to work on my sink and water feeds through out the kitchen Thanks, Brett

Customer reported main drain line clog, customer has made access for technician to main drain clean out upon arrival. Estimate made and approved by customer to perform drain opening. Tech put main drain line cable into line and almost immediately hit a soft clog within two feet of the clean out and ran cable in approximately 30 feet until tech was satisfied that the cable had reached the city main. Pulled cable back and tested drain by running water in all sinks inside home, no further backups occurred during testing.
