Called about a clogged toilet. Person was supposed to arrive around 1-3pm but whoever was assigned it didn’t get it so I ended up waiting until almost 5. When I called back they were super apologetic and nice. They also didn’t charge me for the after hours rate since my original time was during normal hours. Once the technician Jason showed up it was not even 15 minutes to get it fixed. Very nice employees who just had an issue with technology.

The man that came out to service us Colton, was the most particular and oriented person. He helped me with problems that would’ve become problems. Had he not found them. I highly recommend this company that and I’m so happy Colton helped us. Or we would’ve had many many more problems.

She has a doc appt at 9:30, so not able to do it earlier.
Toilet is constantly trickling. Fill valve has been replaced, and it is still happening. Will randomly run as if it has been flushed, and then stop. Needing it fixed as our water bill has gone up by almost $100.
Did at no charge due to large ticket that we had just installed upon diagnosis found no water to home. Checked breaker box and found tripped. Breakers are well pump reset everything started working pressured up and working correctly. If it trips again, she will call us for estimate to repair or replace breakers
The clinic closes between 12 - 1:00 for lunch.
