I had an issue with my AC unit leaking water. The first two technicians could not figure it out but when Ron came out , he took the time to diagnose the issue . He cleaned the coil and added more refrigerant and made sure was running. We knew there was a refrigerant leak somewhere and he explained how it could be detected and fixed.
