With my AC quitting at the worst possible time (Sunday ina heat wave!) the first serviceman thought it was the condensor but follow-up on Monday by Kenny confirmed it was actually the motor needed replacement...Kenny got us rigged for AC while a new part was ordered (part arrived damaged and had to be reordered! Kenny subsequently put in the second motor (his "jury-rigged" solution got us through a stretch of near 100 degree days!) and we are very appreciative of his perserverance and expertise in restoring our unit to running condition. Please send us info on a yearly maintenance plan you offer since this unit is now 10 rs. old since you installed it and the heater. Again kudos to Kenny...great job!!!!
