Pablo was courteous and thorough in his maintenance. He took the time to show me the condition of my equipment and offered recommendations. Since it was over 6 months since it's installation I agreed to go with a chemical clean for additional cost but he was able to get a discount with a call from manager approval! Would recommend him and Southwest HVAC again. Love my Daikin mini split system.
