Service was fine, tech was very nice. Issues came when I walked outside to notice my basement outdoor light was on. I went to my basement and found lights had been left on both inside and out, and my basement door had been left wide open. Thankfully I saw this because the door is not one we regularly check, so we would have gone to bed with it open. Because of this, I also found my indoor cat wandering outside at 8:30pm, the techs were here from 3-4ish so that means the cat got out during that period. Thankfully I found her and she’s fine, but that could have been a huge error.
