I have an exceptional customer service experience with Steven Zhang from SuperTech HVAC Services this week. I know Steve for a long time. He replaced our old AC system himself 8 years ago. Under his supervision, Steve and his team also replaced our old oil-heated water heater and furnace in recent years. We are very satisfied with his work and services. When our AC system not working properly last weekend, I contacted Steve and he responded to me even on his family vacation. Upon returning to office on Monday, Steve took the service call himself and resolved the issue.
