Daniel was great overall. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained things where I could understand it. He was very courteous and covered his shoes every time he came into my house. He explained everything that he was doing. He also came very promptly at 8am.

Came to address the issue on the not working thermostat for customer. Thermostat repair.
Found out the heat pump (mini-split system) is not running. system repair,
Arrived and found the heating system not working properly. AC Repair.
Arrived and found failed contactor. Replaced contactor and cycled system to confirm operation. AC Service, help customer joined Gold Membership.
Arrived and performed gas leak search. Furnace Repair.
Arrived and found secondary drain pan full of water. Air Conditioner Service, Vacuumed water from the pan and cleared the clogged drain.
Arrived and cycled the system. Found water on the basement floor. AC Service, installed float safety switch, replaced the clogged filter, and customer signed the cooling and heating maintenance plan with us (Gold Membership).
Came to performed Cooling system maintenance for customer, and found the water leaking issue at the basement. Air Conditioner Repair, Vacuum water from basement, changed filter, completed AC tune up.
