Mr. Rush was knowledgeable and although the AC was over ten years old and had been examined by two other repair persons who informed me upon a cursory exam that nothing could be done to repair the AC. They left me telephone numbers for salespeople who called many times to convince me that I needed to replace my AC within weeks. This was over a year ago. Mr. Rush preformed a complete diagnostic exam. He gave me options that might extend the life of my AC until next year when IRA might pay for a new system. I can not imagine how a supervisor could have provided better service. I gave four stars fo the cost to indicate that I had read and understood the survey.

This is our second experience and it was just as awesome as our first experience. Terran was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He explained everything thoroughly and even moved a baby snake from our ac unit (yikes) during the visit. We will definitely continue using SuperTech and plan on buying a new furnace/ac from them in the near future.
