I called Tiger early in the morning because my furnace was making an odd noise. Less than two hours later I was notified that Steve was on his way. After just a few minutes of listening to my furnace run, Steve immediately knew what the issue was. He was courteous, helpful, explained how the system worked and showed me what was going on. He took care of the problem and the furnace has been running normally ever since. I would definitely recommend Steve, and Tiger, to everyone!
