I performed a maintenance tuneup to include checking the indoor coil, rinsing the outdoor coil, flush the drain line, check all electrical components, change filter, checked refrigerant level. System is cooling and heating well system has an 18° temperature split in cooling. Heating supply temperature was high as 138°. The system had a sub cooling of 7° and superheat of 12°. The underside of the evaporator coil is slightly impacted and is recommended to be poured and clean. The drain line is also impacted and is recommended to be chemically clean by adding drain solve. Customer recognizes the age of the system and does not wish to invest the money to have the coil clean as he just had a previously cleaned a year and a half ago. However, he did recommend that I clear the line by adding drain solve.
