Removed and replaced badly rusted and leaking filter line dryer. Vaccuumed system down. Refilled with factory refrigerant charge of 8 lbs. Let system run to insure proper operation. System cooling normally again. 22 degree split temp. Drain line has some growth in it. I am recommending chemical treatment to renew the pipe and prevent clogging. I am also recommending a surge protector for the out door units. System cooling well at this time.
