Performed preventative maintenance tune up. (2) system. Checked blower motor operation and inspected evaporator coil condition. Checked safety float switch and inspected drain line. Cleaned vacuumed drain pan and drain line. Flushed drain line with water and primed drain. Checked thermostat calibration and filter location. Customer will replace filters. Removed debris from condenser coil and Cleaned and rinse condenser coil and compressor deck. Checked refrigerant levels and check test start up components. Located bad capacitor in condenser unit, suggest to be replaced, customer has approved for capacitor replacement. Checked attic insulation and ductwork connections. Recommend to have all ductwork connections sealed and mastic to keep ductwork sealed properly and no leaks. Highly recommended new turbo capacitor on outside condenser unit. Highly recommend new attic insulation to help reduce electrical bills and keep unit cooling properly. Suggest new safety surge protector on outside c
