Arrived at customers house for system inspection. On arrival customer showed us to air handler unit. Open air handler unit and saw some bio growth. Customer was equipped with an economy UV light that was passed to change date. Brought this to customers. Attention and customer decided to change out bulb. Change bulb in unit is now functional. Checked under evaporator coil and under evaporator coil is clean. No water was in overflow reservoir. Unit was producing proper delta. T. Next went outside to condenser. Condenser is not currently equipped with a surge protector. Pointing this out to customer and suggested they get one. Opened electric cabinet and all wiring was secured. Tested electric components. Contact her sending proper voltage. Capacitor was below acceptable range. Show to customer and suggested he changed. Customer agreed. Changed out capacitor with turbo 200. Started up unit and unit started fine. Vacuumed out condensate line and heard good. Vacuum at air handler unit. G
