Female, adult patient, presented for hygiene deep cleaning. Patient was on nitrous, anesthetized properly, and cleaned calculus out on right side top and bottom. Patient was nervous at first, but did great through appointment. Patient will return for left side deep cleaning and comprehensive exam.
