Electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting in Knightdale NC, customer called regarding an uncommon reading in one of their electrical phases from their home monitor system. We did all proper investigation & we found out a buzzing noise from the interior sub panel whenever we increased the load in the home. We also found out a lot of rust in the outside electrical box where rusty panels can increase the chance of a fire hazard. A proposal was provided for the repairs and electrical fuse box upgrade
