We were called to a Knightdale NC home to troubleshoot an outlet that was giving out 240 volts instead of 120 volts. We found that the outlet was originally installed incorrectly, which was causing the issue. We fixed the wiring and replaced the outlet, ensuring that it was wired correctly and giving out the proper voltage. The customer was very grateful for our help and was impressed with our knowledge and expertise.⚡️
