Rachel called us out because she was concerned of her service not being grounded properly. She also mentioned how her lights sometimes flickered when the stove or her A/C turned on. We recommended that she upgraded her service from a 200 Amp to a 400A amp and then that would also solve her grounding issue. We also upgraded her lighting in her garage to actual shop lights.
