This was our inaugural visit from J&J, Lance was the technician. Lance sure seemed to know his stuff and asked very appropriate questions to help stop the sudden inva of black ants and red (non fire) ants. Lance seems to be a hard worker and cares about the customer and pets. Lance did advise that we may or may not see a slight influx of ants as they take the bait back to the queen. I’m glad he told us that. Time will tell if J&J can help us with our ants (and fire ants in the yard too). They came highly recommended by friends.
