We have not had this type of service in a long time. Usually it's in spraying of a light application of pesticide in certain areas, servicing of the rodent traps and some treatment around the exterior of the house. Then he's gone. Within a day or two the spiders, bugs and earwigs return to the interior of our home. We have called for a re-treatment before. Sometimes he can show up, sometimes those appointments get cancelled because he's overbooked. So we go to the local hardware store and purchase our own pesticides and treat our own home on the interior and exterior to get rid of the bugs and remove the spider webs that were not removed during his visit. During this latest visit, a new employee was being trained. We had a fantastic service. Every service should be this way. This is what we pay for. We shouldn't have to pay twice for bug control, were I pay a professional service to treat my home and then I have to go and buy pesticides to re-treat my home again. They did a great job yesterday, in and out, knocked down the cobwebs, a fantastic job.
