Tankless water heater flush needs performed as apart of our HCC maintenance plan. We also need to open up kitchen ceiling to look into leak coming from upstairs shower. Multi tool cutter recommended. Out today 12/5/23 Trevor J. Return trip to flush the tankless water heater. On previous trip, pump did not work. Returned with new pump and performed tankless flush. Upon inspection of the upstairs shower, I removed the existing cover from the drain. I discovered this is a compression style shower drain. Someone caulked the grommet. Removed caulking from drain and the bonnet nut. Found that the grommet was installed upside down and the bonnet nut was loose. Pipe was moving freely. Sealed grommet, reinstalled bonnet nut and secured drain. Ran water to test for leaks. Job Status: Complete.

Customer stated that the three-compartment sink was leaking and falling apart. The two-compartment sink in the lower kitchen was loose from the wall. The drain for the utility sink kept coming loose. Technician notes after inspecting I found that the furnco needed to be replaced due to it not grabbing onto the basket-strainers any longer. The two-compartment sink needed to be reattached to the wall. And the PVC needed to be glued underneath the utility sink. Resolution after making, the repairs and tested, I found no further leaks or drips at this time. Job status job is complete Authorization send today’s invoice to Adam for payment Authorization status Estimate notes no estimate at this time

Customer States: She is having multiple issues throughout 2 year old cabin. Water leak is the most pressing issue. Technician Notes: Out today to look into various plumbing problems customer is having. Service valve on tankless water heater is cracked, inlet side. Water sprays when whole house valve is on. Tankless needs flushed, service valve was bypassed on todays trip but we need to order/ collected a cold side service valve to replace cracked one. There is a leak coming from the upstairs guest bathroom shower. Wood paneling lines kitchen ceiling, she will need to have this removed in order to gain access to shower drain above so a repair can be made. Basement bathroom toilet rocks, leak under basement bathroom sink on the tubular, I have a suspicion that the basement bathroom shower does not have a trap under the slab. Will need to camera this to inspect. Strong sewer smell in basement. Resolution: Repaired leaking service valve today by removing and straight piping into inlet.

Customer stated drain was clogged underneath a dishwasher Technician notes after inspecting the drain that was on the lower level behind the bar underneath the dishwasher, I found that only when the right hand side sink was running is when the drain went back up, I noticed the sanitary tee that drops into the slab for the main drain line was backwards from where the sink was made by removed both ferncos to ensure there was no clog in that line as well as ran a 6 foot closet auger to clear any debris that was in the drain. Resolution after running the closet auger 6 feet I didn’t fill any object or stoppage in the line have to reinstalling everything. I ran the right hand side seat after about eight seconds and backed up to the left of that sanitary tee. After running the left sink for approximately five minutes, nothing backed up. I filled up a bucket and dumped the bucket down the left-hand side sink to ensure the stoppage was cleared and found that the drain was for flowing on the
