Every interaction I had with your company was a great experience and the water issue was resolved in a timely manner. The work crew specifically was very courteous and worked hard. The pricing process was not my favorite. I had to agree to a price before work could start and anyone understood the nature of the problem. Also, if the problem was bigger than the provided writeup, I was told to expect to pay more. Thankfully the problem was much smaller than anticipated. That said, anyone who would look at the work completed and compare that to the cost would see a clear overcharge. I would prefer a process that provided a charge more aligned with the work.
