Santos and his helper were terrific. They resolved an issue I had and found one I didn’t realize I had and that another plumber missed. Resolved both quickly and professionally. I couldn’t be happier. Plumbing repairs aren’t cheap but nothing is. I’m glad I’m a club member as it saved me money.

Water Leak Services: I responded to a major leak under the client’s kitchen sink. After isolating the issue, I replaced the damaged piping and tested the repair to ensure it was completely watertight, protecting the area from further water damage.
Water Line Leak Detection and Repair: Using state-of-the-art leak detection technology, we located a hidden water line leak caused by corrosion. After precisely pinpointing the issue, we excavated the damaged section and installed a corrosion-resistant replacement pipe, ensuring a durable and long-lasting solution.

Informed of a leak in the dishwasher area, inspected and confirmed it was coming from the appliance, recommended an appliance repair service.
Customer reported a leak on a PVC tee fitting; American Home Shield confirmed the pipe isn't leaking but the fitting needs replacement.
The homeowner wanted the water heater flush and also asked me to look at the sewage ejector pump to address smell.
Technician flushed out tankless unit on return trip to resolve all issues.
The customer reported an odd sound from the water heater, traced to the recirculating pump, which I recommended replacing, and also found that the PRV and expansion tank had failed.
Called out due to a previous company's claim of a clogged washing machine pan drain, I replaced the pressure reducing valve, the washing machine pan was not clogged.
Return trip to install a new tub pot filler in the kitchen. Customer bought the wrong pot filler originally.
