Robert and Mike were really helpful! My new water heater had been making a strange, loud whining noise. Of course, it didn’t make the noise while they were here. They ran multiple tests and when everything checked out as normal, they gave me a few suggestions if it happened again. Very kind and patient men!

Impressive service technicians!

From the moment I met Aaron and J.C., I was extremely impressed! They were both so patient and kind! It is obvious that Aaron knows his job well, as he was able to answer all my questions and concerns in easy to understand explanations. They returned to my house to install a tankless water heater a few days later. It was a seamless process! I was very pleased with this transaction from beginning to end! Well done!

Will not recommend

Came out for an estimate. Estimate was way too high for the job. Charged me $149.95 for the estimate. Never disclosed at initial call what they would charge to come out and give estimate. This may be the going rate, but should have disclosed when I called.

**ANNAUL WATER HEATER FLUSH** Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a Navien tankless water heater located in the utility storage closet of home, and is only one year of age. I found that this tank is up to code, and I am out today for annual tankless flush. Resolution: I was able to successfully perform annual flush for the tankless unit with no issues. 4/20/24 Preston B. job notes : Out to the residence today for sold estimate/approved work by 2-10 home warranty to replace 1 of the 2 50 gallon electric water heaters. New 50 gallon water heater has been installed and is showing no further concerns. After pressurizing the system, we found the 2nd water heater in the basement is also defective. Customer stated they will get with us this week whether they are wanting to make a new claim for the water heater or if they’re going to want us to cap of the water heater on the right. JOB STATUS : Job complete Customer States: Water heater on the left side in the basement has stopped working. Technician Notes: Out today is to look into issue with a 50 gallon electric A.O. Smith water heater. Unit was manufactured in 2022. Still under manufacturers 6 year warranty. Found that the water heater is tripping the breaker. Removed upper thermostat cover, high limit switch is tripped. Removed lower thermostat cover to find rust. Bottom portion

**ANNUAL WATER HEATER FLUSH** Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a rheem 80 gallon electric water heater located in the garage of home, and is 11 years of age which is outside of manufacture warranty. I let the h/o know that due to the age, and liability of this unit we will not be able to perform annual flush for todays visit. I recommended that the h/o look towards replacing this unit due to its age, and condition. I presented options to have this done through service, and the h/o elected to move forward with replacing this water heater with new tank, and all code required items. Job Notes:**The h/o paid with a check for water heater installation**I tried to have this completed today, but the h/o will need to find keys to the red Toyota truck in garage so we can gain access to existing tank, and replace**The h/o was unable to find keys for todays visit please reach out to her for scheduling as she has already paid for replacement of tank** Job Status: Incomplete E

Customer Stated: They were having issues with the toilet clogging, but it has had no issues for the last day and the h/o just wanted to make sure there wasn’t any underlying issues. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that this is a Kohler elongated toilet located in the main level powder bathroom of home. I found that upon arrival the toilet was flushing, and functioning properly with no issues. I let the h/o know I am unable to find any issues with this toilet as it is practically brand new. Resolution: There are no mechanical/plumbing issues for this toilet on todays visit. Technician notes: April 3, 2024 So we added a recirculating pump , pressure regulating valve. Replaced a fill valve in hallway bathroom. Added 2 stops in the kitchen. Added a crossover T in master bathroom Replaced cartridge in master shower Replaced two piece toilet and wax ring and added new supply line We tested everything to make sure there were no issues or concerns, checked pressure it was at 50psi JOB STATUS. Complete MGP NOTES run card on file Stated.. little to no hot water, high pressure. Tech notes.. came out today to diagnose little to no hot water, and high pressure while on site found the pressure reducing valve to be heavily corroded and completely failed, as well as the cartridge in the master bath shower to have been failed. The master bath toilet is going to be replaced per customer’s request and install a recirculation pump to assist with the long wait for hot water. Also installing a customer supplied fill valve at no charge in hallway bath

CUSTOMER STATED : Master bathroom toilet is clogged. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concern of the master bathroom toilet on the main level being clogged. After investigating, I recommended to run closet auger through toilet to clear minor stoppage within toilet. RESOLUTION : Used closet auger on master bathroom toilet.
