The woman I spoke to on phone was able to find an available plumber to come within a half hour of my call, the 2 gentleman who came to the house were very polite and knowledgeable, and they even had a extra toilet in their truck and were able to replace my toilet (I only called about a leak around the base but I discovered a crack earlier today around the rim). Very happy with my experience.

This is an estimate to replace 2 hose spigot, one in the front of the property and one in the back of the property with both easy access. **GIOS NOTES 6/9/25** Resolution/Recommendations: I was able to successfully replace both of the front, and back hose bibs with no issues. I fully pressurized the whole system, and tested both hose bibs with no further issues or any leaks.
Technician Notes: My Georgia Plumber went out to perform an Annual Whole Home Plumbing inspection on the 4 bathroom home. One bathroom is located in the basement, a powder bathroom is located on the main floor and the final 2 bathrooms are upstairs. The water heater, prv and main water shut off are located in the garage closet. The water heater is a 50 gallon electric that is 2 years old. Water meter and cleanouts are located in the driveway. The house is plumbed in pex and pvc. There are two hose bibs, one located on the front of house to the left of the garage and the second is located on the rear of the house. The home has miscellaneous different brands of fixtures throughout and are all working properly with no major issues.
We found that the homeowner used the kitchen sink before any other fixture for hot water and all the leafy over sediment went right to the hot side supply line and clogged it And the powder bath the hot side feed line from the handle to the spout was a little kinked and some sediment could have gotten clogged there We back washed the kitchen faucet hot supply line We straightened the powder bath feed line And tested both with no problems Job complete

CUSTOMER STATED : Flapper recently installed is not working correctly. TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out today for the concerns of a flapper I recently replaced due to misunderstanding the customer. Customer stated we never repaired toilet properly the first time which is why I replaced flapper. Upon arrival, found no concerns with the flapper. Concerns are due to flapper chain falling off from the existing flush handle. Flush handle does not have perforated holes to properly attach flapper hook. RESOLUTION : Changed out flush handle for power bathroom toilet.
