4/19/24 Preston B. Job notes : Out to the residence today for a sold service estimate to replace the kitchen faucet sprayer head/hose on main level. RESOLUTION : Installed new brushed nickel glacier bay sprayer head/hose for kitchen faucet. New parts have been properly tested after installing and faucet is showing no further concerns at this point in time. JOB NOTES : Please bill remaining balance for estimate sold JOB STATUS : Job complete Customer/ Tenant States: Leak under the kitchen sink. Technician Notes: Out today to look into an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink. Found that when the faucet is in the on position water is spraying out a section of the sprayer hose. Installed new water heater with new connections, giving the 18 inches of copper coming off the heater with new shut off valve and thermal expansion tank with expansion bracket Filled up the tank and checked for leak There are no leaks at this time Hooked up new gas, line to heater, using new drip leg with union shut off valve to isolate gas line from heater Check gas line for leaks.
