Performed annual whole home inspection on three bathroom house. The master bathroom and powder bathroom are located on the first floor with a full guest bathroom upstairs. The house has matching toilets, tub/shower valves and lavatory faucets. All are working as should at this time with no leaks or mechanical failures. The water meter is located on the right side of the front yard and the clean out is on the left side of the driveway. There are two exterior hose bibs, one on each side of the house. The water heater is a five year old 65 gallon electric Ruud unit, it is still under manufacture warranty.
