I performed comprehensive maintenance on two furnaces, a Goodman/Daikin model that was 11 years old and another that was 4 years old. The maintenance included a thorough inspection of all components, cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating moving parts, and checking the electrical connections. I also tested the thermostat functionality and ensured the system was operating efficiently. For the older furnace, I paid special attention to worn parts and recommended necessary replacements to extend its lifespan. The younger furnace was checked for optimal performance and any potential issues were addressed promptly. Both systems were left in excellent working condition.
