My fiancé and I are new home owners and came home to a hot house! We contacted Bartlett to come and check out our system. Bo was our technician! He really explained our system and gave us recommendations to make sure our system was performing at its best! He noticed we didn’t have a drain pan under the unit so explained an option to protect our equipment and home. Bo took the time to help us set up the app for the Ecobee thermostat and explained about the sensor and how it all works.
