I was unable to be there for the service call; however, met with my wife and was very kind and knowledgeable. Explained in a way that made my wife feel comfortable, and when she needed help, he took the time to explain the situation to me on the phone so that I could make the right decision for our home. He also gave us a litany of options and did not make us feel overwhelmed.
