Gene was absolutely amazing! He diagnosed all of the issues with our HVAC and repaired everything quickly and expertly. He was thorough, professional, and explained everything to us. Because of Gene’s advice, we decided to purchase annual service from Bartlett, and we hope to have Gene come back for all of our HVAC needs in the future. Great job!
