Stephen was very courteous and provided great service for my semi-annual HVAC check up. He arrived early and went straight to work. He did upsell me on a part that he said needed to be replaced and then informed me when he left that the whole unit is old and needs to be replaced. LOL! I suspect the company is asking the Technicians to upsell customers and try to frighten them into purchasing a new system. Regardless, I have not had a bad experience with any of Bartlett's Technicians.
