Stephen was great. Our air conditioners had been working fine. We took advantage of a coupon ad because it had been awhile since our last service. He arrived on time and was very professional in his communication and was very knowledgeable explaining the issues with my air conditioners. He fixed them all in a few hours despite the record heat. I had quite a few parts replaced so just hoping my good luck with my AC continues! Overall, I would say Stephen is great representative for your company and your brand. Mike Slocum
