I came home in the evening to no heat and 20degree weather. Bartlett’s 24 hour service was amazing in scheduling in quickly setting up an appointment. Dontea arrived early and very quickly found the problem. I needed a new thermostat and I was so grateful he was able to promptly install a new thermostat on this visit.
