Jerry is a genuinely nice guy: always courteous, professional, and friendly. He's answered questions about our system and helped us understand how to maintain it correctly. Having Jerry regularly service our unit over the years means he knows exactly where things are and we have confidence in what he tells us. We don't see any reason ever to look elsewhere, when Bartlett has such great people working for them!
