An electrical problem damaged our new zone heating system. Evan spent almost 8 hours troubleshooting, testing, waiting for parts, working with a Carrier rep on the phone to reprogram it and finally getting the three smart thermostats online. He stayed until 7:30 pm to make sure we had heat as the temp was going to 40° overnight. He was very positive and personable throughout and it was obvious he was on a mission to get it working — which he did! I was lucky he had the knowledge and drive to fix it.
