Bartlett has been taking care of us for several years now. We purchased a home that was severely under supported by builder-level units in a home with large vaulted ceilings that became a virtual sauna in the summer months. I have the same dedicated rep who shows up twice a year to keep us in tip-top shape. All of our systems have been replaced over time. We’ve enhanced output with improved and additional duct work and we’ve added air cleaners now too. Bartlett Team is always professional, prompt and considerate of our home and they offer cost effective solutions and options. Never pressured or coerced. We are the coolest house on the block while maintaining lower energy bills than we had before.
