Poor communication everywhere

Bradbury Brothers installed a new system for me in 2015. During a 2018 tune-up, the technician noted the refrigerant was low and added some per the 2018 invoice. Wanting to address any refrigerant leak issue before my parts and labor warranty expires in 2020, I set up an appointment for today to see if there was a slow leak, and to get an external temperature sensor error fixed. There was very poor communication between the dispatcher and technician because the technician knew nothing of my primary concern about the leaking refrigerant and thought the only issue was the temp sensor. There was also poor communication between technicians with our account because the tech today incorrectly said there was nothing in prior invoices about the added refrigerant. While no leak was found in the evap or cond coils today, I'm still puzzled why refrigerant previously needed to be added. Because the refrigerant issue wasn't communicated and today was too cool for a pressure test per the technician, I will need to schedule another appointment to find out where a leak in the system may be. I'm extremely disappointed in these communication failures.

The service is always good After the plumbing inspection however I was left with a question. Why didnt he flush a toilet? I have three! It seems like that would be part of the plumbing inspection?

you have good service

your a good company, good service. but you over charge! i had you work on my a/c. when you let, it started making noise. i called you back. you charge me again for a service call. you cg. 98$ to come out, then fix it, say 300$. i would think my service cg. would apply to fixing it. but i realize thats how you make your money, cg. every unit you touch is 98.00$. i have 4 units. you all love me!! and three homes. so i have about 8 units. you charge to much..

Air conditioner making noises. Air conditioning repair and maintenance tune up. Diagnose and perform annual AC maintenance service plan on Rheem cooling system. Blow out drain lines and check evaporator coils on 6 year old HVAC system. AC maintenance complete which will help lower cooling cost for this residential customer. Evaporator coil is leaking. Recommend replacement evaporator coil, leak repair, or new Comfortmaker air conditioning system. Air conditioner is now ready for spring weather.

Arrived at customers house to do a whole house home inspection. Went through several issues that I had come across. Installed the sticker on the electrical panel. Fix one photocell. There will be a return trip only because I did not have all the material on the truck.

Upon arrival turned on the system in cooling then checked pressures. Pressures were low and within minutes noticed frost on the suction line at the condenser. When into the attic and found the coil was also frosted over. Turned system off then performed electronic leak search. Finding leak multiple leaks at the condenser coil. The system is covered under service warranty until April 29, 2020. Will have office order new condenser coil and call back to schedule return visit for repair.

Hot water heater not heating. Diagnose and find water heater is over 8 years old and should be replaced. 17 year old Rheem water heater. Recommend replacement Rheem tank water heater, or Navien tankless water heater. Average water heater life span is 8-12 years old. Install new Navien tankless water heater with new pan and test for functionality. Recommend water leak protection device (FloodStop) to prevent future damage from water leaks.

Replace filters and check furnace on 11 year old HVAC system. Heater maintenance complete which will help lower heating cost for this residential customer. R22 refrigerant was phased out in January 2020. Recommend replacement with new Comfortmaker air conditioning system. Heating system is now ready for winter weather.

Arrived to customers home for outdoor temperature sensor not reading correctly. Customer says that she has had this issue in the past. I have reset the thermostat and the temperature is now reading correctly at 53 degrees. I have checked the filters and found them to be very dirty. I have offered to replace the filters for the customer but they have declined at this time. They will be ordering filters online and replacing themselves. The customer brought to my attention that the UV light is not working. They would like to replace it today. I have replaced it with the Air Scrubber. Installed hooking in to its own transformer. I spoke with Mr. Stephen over the phone, he mentioned that he believes we had to put refrigerant in this system at stoke point or another. He asked if I could check refrigerant pressures. Unfortunately, with today’s temperatures, trying to check refrigerant pressures would be very inaccurate. The customer did approve me performing an electronic leak search o

We were out to look at a low water pressure situation. We were informed the issue was localized to one downstairs restroom. We tested everything and found that the aerators were clogged up. We removed them and cleaned them. Once we installed them back, we tested everything and they are working perfectly. Everything else looks good at this time. There is no follow up at this time.

Check dishwasher leaks when ran. Found water pouring out of air gap and leaking in cabinet and on counter top. Remove air gap and blow out hose with nitrogen to remove food particles, see pics of food particles. Put back together and tested. No more leaks at this time.

Toilet is not flushing. Diagnose and find cracked toilet tank. Replace toilet tank and toilet is working properly at this time. Notice toilet is wobbly. Recommend pull and reset toilet to ensure stability.

Customer had us out today to do a whole home plumbing inspection. After completing the inspection we found the shower cartridge in the master bath to be getting hard to turn. Recommended replacement to prevent water waste or breakage. Also found rubber washing machine hoses. Recommended replacement due to the same thing as last time. Other than that home is still fairly new and had no other visual issues or drainage issues.

Scale build up affects functionality of parts. Recommend Gemline water softener to reduce scale build up and preventing plumbing fixtures from hard water damage.
