Chris came out to do our winter check on our units and discovered we were actually running one of the units on emergency heat instead of the regular heating system. He was incredibly helpful and informative and got our thermostat reset so that it’s programmed correctly now. We’re hopeful this catch will save us money on future heating bills since for the last 4 years it’s been programmed incorrectly! He was awesome and we really appreciate him taking the time to figure this out for us.
