William fix our problem & installed an easier thermostat for me to control. Unfortunately it looks like our AC unit is going to need to be replaced, but our service tech went above and beyond in explaining everything to me and ensuring that we were able to be comfortable through the weekend until the work could take place. He went and got us some portable units to place in the house to help cut down the heat, so we are very grateful for that. Would recommend.

Chris was an absolutely fantastic technician he took the time to review any of my concerns that I had even though at first I wasn't even sure that I had any. The service was extremely efficient but highly detailed and customer service oriented. To top it all off Chris was really respectful and was very patient with my hectic household as both my children were home and my dogs are loud barkers! I really appreciate the services that Chris offered and the efficiency and kindness with which he provided it! Because of his service and the amazing service coordination by Shaina I am happy to say that I purchased into the family membership for the year I look forward to working with the Pernell company!
