William B was exceptionally professional, friendly & polite. We had another man, from another company come out 3 times trying to fix our problem. We went through 3 thermostats with him. William fix our problem & installed an easier thermostat for me to control. I told him I just wanted a plain thermostat, not all the things on my cell, etc. Everything has been working great since he left.
