The Pernell technician was both prompt and courteous. Working from a forklift basket he replaced a seized radiant heating system blower motor. Despite some questionable design features / flaws of the 20+ year old OEM blower motor assembly the technician demonstrated his problem-solving skills and was able to complete the repair.
