Michael was real knowledgeable, polite and over all very efficient on fixing our heating system problems (no heat) we were very pleased he was able to come out so quickly. 5 stars all around

Performed air conditioning tune up and evaluation on a 5 year old Rheem system; chemically cleaned the condenser, cycled and verified AC operations.
Performed air conditioning repair and evaluation on a 3 year old AC system; found the blower motor not coming on due to failed capacitor, replaced capacitor and verified operations.
Performed furnace tune up and evaluation on a Rheem system for one of our VIP customers; found the humidifier pad dirty, replaced and all else was ok.
Performed an annual furnace tune up for one of our maintenance members, in Riverview MI
