Performed air conditioning repair and evaluation on a 32 year old Trane system; found unit flat on R22 system, system running in negative pressure. Quoted replacement of ac and will be installing June 23rd.
Performed air conditioning repair and evaluation on a 3 year old Trane system; upon arrival found previous contractor left AC on unwired, rewired AC and found that the contactor was bad. Replaced contactor and verified AC operation. All is OK at this time.
