Performed air conditioning tune up and evaluation on an 18 year old Lennox system; found dual capacitor rusted and AC low on refrigerant. Chemically cleaned the condenser, cycled and verified AC operations.
Performed air conditioning repair and evaluation on a 7 year old Goodman system; found bad dual capacitor, replaced capacitor and informed customer the capacitor will continue to fail as long as AC is installed underneath deck.
Performed air conditioning repair and evaluation on a 27 year old Amana system; found unit low on R22 and a dirty filter in furnace, replaced the filter and added 1lb of refrigerant. Cycled and verified AC operations.
Performed furnace CO test on a 10 year old Goodman system; did a visual inspection of the heat exchangers and exhaust, found no issues at this time. Performed CO test for 20 minutes and found 0 PPM.
Performed CO test and safety inspection on a 8 year-old Econ system; ran the unit for 20 minutes and found no safety issues
Performed furnace repair and safety inspection on a 31 year-old Amana system; replaced hot surface igniter and verified furnace operations.

Performed evaluation on air conditioning system under porch; upon arrival found batteries dead in thermostat, replaced, and found dual capacitor out of range with unit overcharged. Customer chose to replace capacitor.
Performed evaluation on a comfort maker air conditioning system. Found the transformer had failed; replaced transformer and all else worked properly.
