Brooks is great! He is efficient, polite, and friendly! He communicates well. Also, Brooks has been to my home many times (usually I’m only half awake when he arrives….he knows just where to find the furnace! By the time he leaves I’m more communicative!!)and I appreciate that he does his work and I don’t have to do anything but listen to his report!
