In frigid temps - and furnace turned off as a safety precaution - Mike was able to respond timely to an air quality concern (CO alarm reading >200ppm). Mike was extremely thorough and double-checked possible sources of CO after firing up the furnace and not tripping an alarm or obtaining a dangerous CO reading. Thankfully, it was discovered that my alarm was faulty and needed replacement. Mike was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent. Grateful.
