We have been relying on Countryside for a few years now, both for summer AC service and winter furnace and gas fireplaces (2). This spring was the first time Ben has been here, but he brought the same professionalism and "bedside manner" of any of the other Countryside employees who have been here. We are pleased and impressed with the entire Countryside operation, whether with the office operation or the field staff. Five stars are not enough stars to appropriately convey the quality of the Countryside operation.

Everything about Countryside is superb. The office is friendly and customer-centered, well organized with respect to organizing heating checkups in the fall and cooling checkups in the spring. The people doing the actual work are friendly, courteous, and highly professionally competent. We cannot say enough good things about Brooks; he is not only extremely good at what he is here to do, but is lots of fun to talk to.

Furnace, gas fireplaces checkups

I cannot say enough good things about Countrywide Heating and Cooling (CHC). All the employees with whom we have interacted have been polite, professional, and dependable. Today's experience with Brooks Butterfield was certainly no exception. He expertly insured that our furnace and two gas fireplaces were cleaned and put in good running order, and took the time to explain what we could do between CHC visits to keep them that way. If you can imagine this for a service call, Brooks was fun to have around.
