We’ve used Hart for some time because they are fast, reliable, fair in pricing and get the job done. Brett was helpful even on the phone, figured out the problem, offered multiple solutions, explained issue, and then fixed our AC quickly. Because of service like this we will use Hart to replace our AC when it finally goes out. In the meantime we trust them to keep this old one of ours still going.

To be able to get a quick response when our furnace would not run during a recent cold spell on a weekend was greatly appreciated. The tech, Delbert, was very polite and receptive to my questions. He quickly got us heat and relayed the owner's input as well. He informed me that there shouldn't be further problems, but was straight forward that a control board could have issues later. They only charged the service call fee! Will definitely be calling Hart Heating for the next fix.

Went out to the scheduled installation of a new Carrier Air Conditioning system for a residential customer. The old broken down system was removed and replaced with the new system. The updated unit will help lower the cost of the energy bills in the home and keep them cool during the warmer season.
We installed a new thermostat for the customer.
